Energy & Water Ombudsman
The Energy and Water Ombudsman (Victoria) (EWOV) investigates and resolves disputes between Victorians and their energy and water service providers.
Victoria's 19 water authorities are members of the EWOV scheme, which has been dealing with water complaints since April 2001.
