How do I get the rebate?
You can claim your rebate by downloading and completing the Rebate Claim Form (PDF - 100Kb). Alternatively, you can call DSE's customer service centre on 136 186 or obtain a form from your local water business, hardware, plumbing supplies or garden retailer.
Do I need to attach my receipt and proof of installation?
Yes. All the information about what you need to attach is on the claim form.
